Beatles albums in US?
I think the first three albums you mention were not released by Capitol in the U.S. by that name. VeeJay Records released some of this material (as did Capitol somewhat later.) British albums were usually different from the American albums until Sgt.Pepper, British fans woundn't know what you were talking about if you mentioned "Yesterday and Today." The titles "Introducing the Beatles" "With the Beatles" and "Meet the Beatles" were all similar although "With the Beatles" was the original British album released on Parlaphone. (historical trivia...."With the Beatles" was released in England November 22,1963) Capitol did release an album of material that had been earlier released on VeeJay,Tollie and Swan records called "Early Beatles." The English Beatle albums and C.D.s are the best!
