Hi, I have a Credit Score of 525 from when i was young and dumb. Can i get a apartment if i have a co-signer?

my mom have really good credit and i have bad credit from the past. if she co-signs for me when i have a credit score of 525 can i get an apartment, i have a job as well and she is a flight attendent.
