I'm leaving the Job due to constant harresement of my BOSS, advise what to do ?

I'm frequently abused and dimoralized by my Boss, need to change the Job, even not thinking to do any job, insted will do some own business, such as hawkerig or Pan shop etc. I'm a Law graduate.. can some one advise me the right direction...... Awaiting in such a puzzling situation....pl./ do help me and let's reply me what ever you think as a BRO..OR SIS OR UNCLE..AUNT etc.....i'm confused.....seek advise for my action.. also advise what action to be appled to the BOSS as he is doing lot of illegal work stying inside the company.....thanking you with lot's of hope and anticipation of answers (right answers )
