My dad is a american iwas born and raised in the philippines. i want to know? if i can be a american citizen?

the thing is he never supported me and im 31 now. iwant to work in the states and stay there legally so is there a way for me to get a citizenship or a green card i know where my dad leaves and i got his number AND I dont need HIS MONEY i just want to know if there is a way for me to be come a citizen or a green card holder
