Should we be wary of this dog?

my partner has a 11month old female un deed Labrador x Poodle x Kelpie called Bailey and a Male Rottweiler puppy and i own a Maltese x toy poodle and a Maltese x Shi Tzu both females both de ed. And lately ive noticed the Labrador x has been attacking my Maltese x Toy Poodle called Tinkabel unprovoked, one example is Saturday arvo my Maltese x Toy Poodle was walking around and walked up to the cat enclosure as she always does every day, and out of nowhere Bailey charged up to Tinkabel which startled her, Tinkabel went to walk away making no noise then next thing i know Bailey had Tinkabels Head in her mouth and was shaking her like a rag doll i had to pry Baileys mouth open as she wasn't letting go. I went to check on Tinkabel across the yard when Bailey went to attack her again. I grabbed the scruff of Baileys neck as she had shaken her choker collar off and as i had hold of Bailey and went to pick up her collar to put it on her she was trying to turn and bite me on my hands and face. and Tinkabel now has a hole on the top of her head and under her throat which thankfully does not need vet treatment as they are healing and im keeping them clean.... have also noticed my partners 2 kids Boy aged 12 and girl aged 10 have also had a few close calls with Bailey jumping up trying to bite them on their faces you can actually hear Baileys jaw snap closed as she tries to bite their faces , Bailey has also tried to bite their legs too.....the odd part is Bailey can be the sweetest well behaved dog and then all of a sudden she turns into a very nasty dog, am i right to be worried that Bailey can harm or kill my 2 little dogs , or harm or kill the kids?
