Why does she keep on saying things about my body?

Well obviously its jelousy.... don't even worry about it. she's just upset about the way she looks and wants to bring you to feel the same as her. Ignore her and if she comes to really be a big bother to you let her know if she doesn't quit it, you 2 aren't friends anymore.
