I just set up a new fish tank?

It would be much more helpful to know what size tank you have, if you have a 10g you could have a male betta as long as the other fish didnt have long flowing fins like him, you need at least 5 neon tetras and 3 african dwarf frogs and that would be a perfectly stocked tank.
