If Obama were to ever become President would he just say PRESENT and then hang up the phone at 3 a.m.?

I mean would he just be the PRESENT President or would he be the "decider" when the chips are down like George Bush has been whether the dem's liked it or not? Seems Obama's 300 + foreign policy & security advisers have taught him nothing as Giuliani pointed out. Maybe if he gets in too deep he should just call McCain to the rescue as Rudy also stated tonight. Sound about right?
