This way potential immigrants could be processed and it would elimanate or at least cut down on the illegal immigrant problem. The Border Patrol could drop off those crossing the border at these, for lack of a better word, Immigration Centers, thus decriminalizing illegal crossings. Family, friends and potential employers could bond them out. They could the be on the way to legal status.
