Baseball Fans if you were in the Detroit Tigers Postions what would you do with Dontrelle Willis?

I just saw something on ESPN about how Willis is doing something different with his windup that he wasn't doing when he was with the Marlins, so I think it's a mechanics issue. Just send him down to the minors, work on the basics, tweak his mechanics, build his confidence, and try not to rush the guy. They have to treat him like he never had success in the Majors before and start all over.
