For Canadians: What kind of experience have you had with WSIB (Worker's Compensation)?

I was injured in my workplace 5 and a half years ago. I have herniated disks in my neck and lower back. I feel that I have been treated unfairly and adjudicators are on a power trip. It has taken a emotional toll on myself and my family. I am expected now to enter the workforce after 3 years and minimal job training experience. I only have 19 years of factory work. It has been a hell of a 3 years from fighting for benefits initially, while living off credit to pay bills to now being released with improper training back into the workforce. I have only heard horror stories from others who I have spoken with. I am curious of what kind of experiences any one in yahoo answers has had with these people.
