My former husband remarried and hasn't worked steadily since then. Can I get support somehow?

He is responsible for a set amount each month and I have never seen the required amount. My lawyer gave me the "can't get blood from a turnip" crap. Is there anything I can do? His wife works and he lays by the pool every day while I work my fingers to the bone to provide for my precious little boys. Any ideas?
