My website keeps giving users the pop-up message 'The page at http://pc-antivirus-scanv2.com says:'?

I just had my website built and I'm afraid that if users see it then they will not ever want to visit. My understanding is that this pop-up is harmless if ignored but it will still deter people from visiting. How can I get rid of it from popping up when users try to access the website?
