Why do people actually support AFL ? To most people in NSW and Sydney its a boring fumbling game?

Seriously this AFL thing has to end, the game is a joke, borring and fumbling, no real hits or tackles, no structure and goes on and on and on for ever, booooooring ! I can't believe how well it's accepted down South and elsewhere, are people not tough enough or disciplined enough to play League down there ?
