Help with legal advise anyone,please.I just made up with my mother i'm 29 yrs old she has 4 years clean .?

I was born due to her being rapped,today we are willing to work things out i never really had a familly b4 yet she does'nt have citizenship if that's how it's spelled sorry.Is it possible for me to keep her,without fear off her being deported and start over?amen.
